1. Introduction
These Booking Terms & Conditions govern all performance engagements, appearances, corporate events, festivals, private functions, media appearances, and other services provided by RVZ International Group (Pty) Ltd t/a RMH Vibez. By requesting, confirming, or paying for a booking, the client agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when: availability has been confirmed; the booking has been accepted in writing by RMH Vibez; any required deposit has been received; and any required booking agreement has been signed. A booking enquiry does not create a contractual relationship.
3. Performance Fees & Deposits
Performance fees are determined based on event type, duration, travel distance, venue requirements, and other factors. A deposit may be required to secure the booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable except where cancellation occurs due to circumstances for which RMH Vibez is responsible or where required by applicable law.
4. Travel, Technical Requirements & Schedule
Where applicable, the Client is responsible for reasonable travel and accommodation. The Client shall ensure the venue provides suitable technical facilities (sound system, stage, lighting, power). A performance schedule including load-in, soundcheck, and performance time must be provided.
5. Photography & Recording
The Client may not commercially record, livestream, or broadcast the performance without prior written consent. RMH Vibez reserves the right to photograph, record, or film performances for promotional and commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation
By the Client: Any deposit may be forfeited and additional cancellation charges may apply. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. By RMH Vibez: Where we cancel due to our fault and no suitable alternative can be arranged, payments received (excluding non-recoverable third-party costs) will be refunded.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, civil unrest, or venue closure. The affected party shall notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RMH Vibez shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a booking. Nothing excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable legislation.
9. Governing Law
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
